SmartDealCircle (“we”, “us”) operates www.smartdealcircle.com. This policy describes information handling for the public website based on how the site is built today. It is not legal advice.

Summary

We do not currently run shopper analytics pixels, advertising cookies, or a newsletter signup on the public storefront. We do not operate an on-site contact form that stores messages in our application. If you email us, hosting providers may process standard request logs, and when you click affiliate links you leave our site and interact with third parties under their policies.

Information you choose to send us

If you email [email protected], we receive the content of your message and your email address (and any other details you include). We use that information to respond to you. We do not sell contact lists.

Email signup is not available on the site today. We are not collecting newsletter addresses through smartdealcircle.com.

Information we do not collect on the public storefront

Server, CDN, and security logs

Our hosting and edge providers (including Cloudflare for public HTTPS delivery and the servers that host this site) may process standard technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user agent. Providers use this information for security, availability, abuse prevention, and operations. Retention is governed by those providers’ practices and our operational needs.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public storefront does not set login cookies for shoppers. If an administrative deals workspace is enabled for site editors, that workspace uses session cookies and related security controls only for authenticated editors—not for shopper advertising or analytics.

Your browser may also store ordinary preferences or cache files for performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Affiliate and retailer tracking

When you click an affiliate or partner link, you leave smartdealcircle.com and go to a third-party merchant, brand, or affiliate network site. Those parties may set their own cookies, pixels, or other technologies and process data under their own privacy policies so they can attribute referrals, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders. We may receive reports or compensation related to qualifying clicks or actions; that does not mean we control the third party’s tracking. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Deal content and APIs

Published deal information shown on the site is served from our systems (or a local preview stack during development). That content is offer metadata (such as titles, retailers, and tracking URLs)—not a dossier of individual shoppers.

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell shopper personal information. We use service providers that process technical or operational data as needed to host and deliver the site. Affiliate networks and retailers receive information according to their own systems when you click through and interact with them.

Retention

Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Server and CDN logs follow provider and operational retention. We do not maintain a shopper marketing database because we are not collecting newsletter signups.

Your choices

You can choose not to email us, and you can use browser controls to limit cookies. You can avoid affiliate tracking by not clicking affiliate links (or by using tools your browser provides). For data held by a retailer or network after you click through, contact that party directly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small informational site (including HTTPS via our edge/hosting setup and access controls on administrative tools). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

SmartDealCircle is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International visitors

The site is operated with a U.S. focus. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. or other locations where our providers operate.

Changes

If we add analytics, email capture, advertising cookies, or other personal-data processing, we will update this policy before relying on those practices and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
